KOG Bay Area

Organization Background & Purpose

The Kingdom of God of the Greater Bay Area is the Kingdom, Church of the God of Heaven, where lives are touched by his Spirit, and ever changed to the purpose they exist. Therefore, realizing the mandated mission when Jesus said, Matthew 28:19 “Go ye into all the world”. Gave purpose to the brainchild of two families, living in the Bay Area, witnesses to escalating crime, homelessness, communities of individuals whose days of dreaming of a better life, a piece of the American Dream, active contributors to their families, communities, church and society. Had been compromised by a surrounding influence of distress and lack of resources, resulting in the inability to believe their dream could come true.

Answering the Call to Serve

Believing scripture when it says, “The manifold wisdom of God is to be made known by the Church” not the police department, not City Government or any other non-spiritual element, these two families determined to move with vigor, and the blessing of Almighty God, to help those of our community DREAM, and transform their lives.

Believing, it is possible to do all things through Christ who give us strength. Providing resources, knowledge, in a non-competitive environment, communities may believe that yes, they can still dream, and have those dreams come true.

When people are not happy, they turn to violence.

May I stress the need for courageous, intelligent, and dedicated leadership...
